"ImageWare Scannerservice GmbH" is everywhere an item where you can find books, documents or paper processing. The company developed from a product provider into a solution provider (e.g. data capturing, "ERP" workflow support OCR/ICR identification, archival storage and document management). We have great experience in the realization of web-based delivery systems such as MyBib and Medea3 for institutions and library associations.

• Bookeye ®(overhead scanner) is produced to meet individual demands and needs during the digitalization. Bookeye is available in different versions and with special configurations. Till now more than 1000 systems have been installed.

• With our scan client software BCS-2 ®Bookeye changes into a sophisticated user solution. The software is coordinated with the special features of scanning books, periodicals and clipped originals.

• The upgrade concept of Scamax ®scanners creates the possibility to adapt to changing production conditions of document scanners. It isn't necessary to buy a new scanner anymore in order to scan an increased sum of documents. A velocity upgrade solves that problem with less effort. The additional colours upgrade gives another future prove of the investment.

• The Scamax ®515 is a hybrid system which makes it possible to microfilm during a scan. Documents to a size of A3 duplex on 16mm roll films with 24x and 48x resolution are microfilmed. Modern office and workflow management demand high-tech devices for their successful implementation. Document scanners are subject to stringent demand. Enormous amounts of paper in different sizes and with different contents, crinkled, dirty or ripped - that's everyday life. Only sophisticated technology is able to meet these challenges. Our Scamax scanners begin where others leave.

• "DpuScan" ®scan client - colour, greyscale or black and white scan with the same high speed is beside the acquisition of data via user defined dialogues and the quality control of scanned paper stacks an advantage of DpuScan. Hereby also an image correction can be made as well as barcodes, patch codes and any text is identified. Images are saved sorted after the identification of the document information. With DpuScan every colour scanner is transformed into a multi-stream scanner.

• Our Panasonic® single-sheet scanners (incl. RTIV scan client) are applicable in all sectors of classical offices to middle production lines.

• Our WideTEK® scanners are in the segment of large scale scanners (to 48".) among the leading products worldwide. The flatbed scanner convinces at sizes to A2 with the combination of speed, easy handling and various applications.

• "IWS-BusinessDataSystems" - The IWS-data manager takes centre stage in the archival software solution. Access to documents is operated via a MSDE or SQL database. With an administrator tool users, usage rights and access authorisation can be configured on the data.
• The IWS - net viewer makes all the information of the entire archive available. You get access via a surface easy in use.
• IWS - index module - fast and qualified providing of information is especially on the sector of client care a determining factor. The easy handling makes it possible to give fast and efficient indexes to the jungle of TIF, JPG, PDF, BNP, GIF data and to store it in the archive.
• The IWS - CD/DVD publisher makes it possible to source out archives on CD/DVD, the entire archives are sourced out and the CD/DVD is featured with an organiser and search tool (self-supporting).

 

• Thanks to the "d3"®solution we are a leading provider of solutions for digital archiving and document and workflow management. To this day more than 400 installations with 300.000 users worldwide were realised. IWS is hereby always interested in the success of the clients. Success means making data available to users where it is needed and when it is needed. So rationalising capabilities are opened up, saving of costs, productivity increases and flow time reductions are reached and short wastage times are managed.

• eFLOW the unified content platform is a companywide solution for the import of unsafe data. With eFlow we are realizing the Austrian wide demand of companies from various industries and scales for the rationalisation and efficiency increase of processes for the acquisition and processing of receipts and documents. eFlow provides the best and fastest possible extraction of contents from documents (mass document reading). Here eFlow is able to process structured and unstructured forms.
